Corona Virus Increases Global Divorce Rate. And the trend is moving upwards. And there is a very strong reasons for it. Usually, the couples Corona Virus often stay together for only 3 to 4 hours while awake in a day.

On the other hand, they are living together 24/7 due to corona virus. Apart from other impacts of corona virus, another major challenge has arrived. The global divorce rate is increasing as the couples have to live together uninterruptedly.

This may be the first time ever in recent human history that the couples have to live together all the time. It is bringing significant personality traits visible, especially in the western world.

The usual lifestyle encompasses a phenomenon where the men and women go out for work every morning. Usually, the couples reunite after excessive work routine all day. Then, there are activities such as gym, exercise, social gatherings or a movie. Usually, the couples often stay together for only 3 to 4 hours while awake in a day.

However, the arrival of corona virus changed everything for these couples. They are living together, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This has changed the overall family dynamics of different regions.

Interestingly, the divorce rate was declining globally over the past few years. But, it seems the arrival of corona is changing everything. 

The trend was first observed in China. Almost 88 couples immediately filed for divorce after coming out of quarantine in January 2020. The world was warned even then: if the quarantine situation goes global, the increase in divorce rate also goes global.

As corona spread worldwide, the process of self isolation or quarantine has been talked as most useful and easy method for protecting against the virus. But, this has opened up another challenge for couples living together happily. Thousands of these couples just found out that they were not compatible with each other.

Some couples found this out after living together for 20 to 30 years even. Lets hope it does not become another pandemic.
